The Perspective 2007-2013 programme is a Regional Framework Operation (RFO) of which more than the 70% is financed by the European Union through the interregional cooperation programme Interreg IIIC South.
The initiative aims at establishing a strategy that can plan the joint use of Structural Funds in 4 regions of the European Union: Saxony-Anhalt (Germany), Central Region (France), Northern Great Plain (Hungary) and the Valencian Region (Spain).

Innovative alternatives for companies to boost development in Europe Perspective extends the cooperation to new European regions and work areas.
The Valencian Region Work Grupo gathers on the 24th September The Valencian Region Work Group will gather in Valencia, at the Polytechnic City of Innovation, to discuss the 2009 Work Plan for the continuation of the Perspective 2007-2013 initiative.
